Matthews-Robinson Limited was born out of two good friends who both strived to deliver a stress free service. Both with extensive knowledge of construction, they ensure that all of their builds are planned meticulously and delivered on price. Their prior experience, helps to ensure that the craftmanship of the staff is without reproach. They welcome all types of builds, opportunity and challenges from many different cohorts of society and would very much welcome your project.
Jason Matthews
After completing his apprenticeship with Barrett Homes and a 9 years employment with Bencon brickwork, Jason soon started to take control and climb the ladder. Commanding his own Bricklaying gang it was only a short amount of time before his attention to detail and desire to be perfect was noticed. Taking up employment with Mitchell & Unwin, within 2 years Jason became the Senior Contracts Manager, ensure several site and multiple gangs were achieving the high standards that he set. Before setting up Matthews-Robinson Limited, Jason help the position of Construction Director for IPW Building Services, over seeing both Brickwork and Joinery over multiple sites for such house building firms like Avant, Harron and other national builders.
Lee Robinson
Lee, served his country for 11 years, while serving in the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers. Over those years, Lee completed his Electrical apprenticeship and Class 1 Electronics course. In 2011 after serving in both Iraq and Afghanistan, Lee decided that a change was needed and became a Teacher. Completing his teaching qualification, it was not long before he was promoted to head of pastoral needs for Level 1 and Higher Education learners. In 2015. Missing the physical challenge of a trade, Lee set up Regional Electrical Services, a very successful and award winning home rewiring service, which still operates today alongside Matthews-Robinson, his communication skills and planning from his previous work, are vital to ensure, that the customers expectations are achieved.
